Adventures of Duke the Dog - My People Family

This is my human mom. I am very gentle around her. She is also The Boss of this household and when she speaks, everyone listens . . .  except me.

I mostly do not listen when she calls me back from following an interesting scent.

Here I am on Dad's lap. He is strong and fun and plays ball and rough-and-tumble. I like playing with him. He is also scary when he comes to find me when I do not return when called. He then points to home and I run as fast as I can to get home. His temper is short-lived and by the time I'm finished with my routine of being cute, he is all smiles and forgiveness.

These are my mom's children. I love them dearly and just wish to be with them all the time. I panic when my family members are split up between their activities and I visit them one at a time to make sure they are okay.

At night when they are all herded into the house and the door closed securely, I lay in front of the door, guarding so none of them would escape from me during the night.

Adventures of Duke the Dog - Introduction

Adventures of Duke the Dog - Introduction

Hi. My name is Duke. I'm an Australian Cattle Dog.
In the country where I stay, they call my kind 'Blue Heelers'.

My name used to be Dirk, but my mom decided to change it as she did not particularly liked 'Dirk'. Apparently that is still the name on my 'papers'.

As you can see, I do not have a tail. I do not have recollection about the event but my first Boss told my mom that I broke it at birth and the vet had to remove it.

I'm sitting in the top corner
I was shunned a bit and was not picked by the people who came to collect my brothers and sisters.

Being without a tail is not easy when part of a pack where all the other members have tails.
Many weeks went by and when another litter of half brothers and sisters was born my father started punishing me for the slightest paw set wrong.

My swollen face

This did not sit well with The Boss' wife and one afternoon, after a massive snap to my face from my father, I was placed into a carry box in the back of the truck.

We drove a long way to get to another place where unfamiliar women helped to remove me from the box.

They seemed delighted and so did The Boss and his wife.
This is where The Boss left me and, as they drove away, I suddenly realized I had my own family, all to myself!

After my bath and Axhilirit HO Healing Oil applied to my wounds
First my new mom gave me a bath, then food and cuddles and hugs and lavished kisses all over me. Boy, do I just love all this attention.

Living a Multidimensional Life, The NDE and Life Review of H Gibson, Author of Chronicles of Han Storm

Living a Multidimensional Life, The NDE and Life Review of H Gibson, Author of Chronicles of Han Storm

Would you be interested in reading this book?

How many times do I need to die in order to learn to live?
  I am Han, and this is my life-memory . . .

*** Foreword ***

"Clear!" the ER doctor warned where I hovered in spirit form above the bed, watching them struggle with the blackened corpse, attempting to attach an IV into the shoulder.
The electric shock of the defibrillator sucked me right back into my body.
Awareness of their struggle around me made me moan in agony of being re-incarcerated into the worthless flesh.
"We have you, do not worry, stay with us," Dr Ching encouraged, watching me, a mask covering his face.
They had managed to secure the IV, Dr Kozaczynski stitching it in place not to be dislodged.
'How fortunate I am to be surrounded by familiar people.'
A random, out of place thought. It was not so bad to go through such a disaster while tended to by people you knew.
Closing my eyes, I let everything go, slipping out of my body, briefly glancing back where the doctors were debating about amputating my fingers; whether or not I had sustained inhalation burns.
Ronald was not there. My lifeline was not at my side as he always was.
"Vitals dropping!" someone stated while the doctors scrambled to attend to the dying body.
    *Come, Han,* Sensaii beckoned.
Listening to my lifelong spirit friend, I thought of The Land Beyond. There was nothing I wanted to do for my body. It was time to go home . . .

The Han Storm Files: Start of a lifetime adventure

News article #3

The Han Storm Files: Start of a lifetime adventure

(Location: Duback, Base Zero) We are finding ourselves at Base Zero. This is what the facility outside of Stelārşea is known as. This had been Han Storm's official home base for as long as he had served the CMC.
We have requested, and surprisingly been granted, accommodation here, finding only a few members of staff to keep the facility in working order and impeccable neatness.
We three reporters have decided to work together as this would be the best to sift through such volumes of information.
VidNews Interplanetary is sending us state of the art scanning equipment that will digitise the documents immediately into working format. We have also found recorded footage, but as our modern technology is no longer able to decipher the ancient recordings, we have spread the word that we need the assistance of everyone that could help in finding the old equipment that could play the recordings.
In this regard, Professor McTee has agreed to request the museums to see if any such equipment is still in working order. Rogge is an expert in VidNews equipment and will handle the transcriptions and, if possible, place the recordings onto the modern quantum players.
Paggan has been trained in most of Creata's Ancient languages and would be able to translate the different documents as needed.
Maybe, with a bit of public pressure, we could gain some extra assistance in helping hands?

Metamorphosis of a Dragon: Excerpt from Chronicles of Han Storm - Leilaka

Metamorphosis of a dragon

It is a tricky business to survive the metamorphosis of a dragon . . .

Excerpt from The Chronicles of Han Storm: Leilaka

"  Quiet surrounded us.

We opened our eyes and stretched our neck, followed with our body, the spine clicking into alignment, the tail standing on end, straight back. Our legs we stretched until we were standing on our nails, arching our back like a cat.

Poking our head out of the cave, we were met with falling snowflakes.

We did not like the snow and felt irritation at this blizzard that was obscuring our sight.

After drawing a deep breath, we exhaled, spitting a long streak of fire in a continuous release into the cold air . . .   "

Han Storm's CV: Excerpt from The Chronicles of Han Storm: Leilaka

Han Storm inadvertently presents his CV to a Leilakan Healer:

Excerpt from The Chronicles of Han Storm: Leilaka
"  "They call you Han, but that is not your real name, is it?" the Dwarf asked.
I did not answer, finished tying my boots and sat down on the examination bed, allowing my gaze to run over the shelves of books that ran along the one wall.
The Dwarf crossed his hands and placed them on the book in front of him.
"Connor said you have strange dreams, speaking in languages they cannot understand."
I nodded. It was a fact.
    One book drew my attention.
I stood up and walked over to it.
Touching the binding brought a tingle from my fingertips right down my arm.
"You like books?" the dwarf inquired.
"May I?" I asked, holding my arm steady, allowing the tingle to continue through my body, down to the rock floor.
"Be my guest. It is an ancient book from the Elfes. No-one understands the language any longer, not even the Elfes."
I took the book from the shelf, almost dropping it when a whisper ran through my body "*Do not fiddle with what will make things worse.*"
I ignored the icy Shade, concentrating instead on the book. Sitting down on the hide that was spread on the floor, I traced the emblem on the leather binding. A seven-pointed star was enclosed in an upside down horse-shoe, the bottom arms of the shoe ensnared by a lazy eight lying on its side. Allowing the book to fall open at random, somewhere in the middle, I started reading to myself . . .  "

Death: What is Life?

Excerpt from Chronicles of Han Storm:
"  I gathered her into my arms, cuddling her fragile body close to mine. Her old age sent permeated my nostrils, driving the awareness of the mortality of the body home.
"I wish for Death" she whispered.
   "Then stop breathing" I replied.
She hugged me tight, giving three deep breaths before departing . . .
What is life but breath blown into a body? You start living with your first breath taken. The body dies after the last breath exhaled.
   But the Soul-Spirit lives on.
I left my body in the Astral Way, joining my wife where she stood next to our bed, portraying herself as I have always know her, as I have always seen her; a young adult, beautiful and full of life.
Together we watched the pathetic scene on the bed, our bodies intertwined, the one lifeless, the other devoid of life, yet alive.
It was time to walk her over to the Land of the Golden Light.
Soon, I too, would leave this life, not to return here, but to move house to another Dimension. "

Chronicles of Han Storm: Dare to become Addicted!

Prepare to become addicted!

I have read 100’s of books, covering all spectrums  but never have I been this captivated. The Chronicles of Han is the story of a young peace officer that has psychic powers. He is tasked in regaining lost knowledge of science and inter stellar travel to save a planet abused by over exploitation and in the process expands his gifts.

The book, characters and storyline starts off undemanding and uncomplicated. As the story unfolds, the characters as well as the storyline matures, dragging the reader into the tale, causing you to feel and experience with Han. On occasion I found myself reluctantly having to put down the book so as to put a damper on my emotions, be it sadness or anger. As I progressed with the book I finally figured out why I would become so emotionally involved. It dawned on me that this book reflects a bit of each of us, causing you to identify either with a character or a situation.

As you get more involved with the tale, loads of questions pop up, just to be answered directly or by inference, causing you to think “but I knew that!”.

The down side of the book is that I now find most of my previous books dull and slow-moving.

Can’t wait for the next one.

Introductions to Chronicles of Han Storm Blogger

Introductions

It has been almost three years since starting to Blog on blogs.24.com/chroniclesofhan where most of the Bloggers moved on to a more Global platform. It is only the few diehards that are left. I guess it is time to move along, leaving my comfort zone.

I am a quiet sort of person, usually saying everything I have to say in my books. But sometimes there is a highlight in my life or a special event coming up like my new book launch over November/December 2013. I know fans would like to know about it and this would be ideal in keeping them up to date and informed.

Enjoy future posts.
